Lisa Paoli started MedOffice Solutions in 2000. She started marketing with brochures and yellow page ad, yellow page ad was most successful. She loves helping billers get started in their companies and help them succeed. She a member of the K&L Billers (very active in the forum), AMBA, Des Plaines IL Chamber of Commerce and the Melrose Park IL Chamber. She currently works with Chiropractors and has Podiatry experience. She also took HIPAA courses, chiropractic courses and goes to seminars to continue her education.

Paula Miguel was born in Portugal and raised in New York. she attended college and has worked as an Accounting Manager in the Construction, Fashion and the last six years in the medical industry.
Millennium Pro-Med Solutions was started part time in 2001, after she had her first child she started out by doing mailings, however her first client turned out to be her children's pediatrician, cleaning up his outstanding revenues. She is now looking to add other clients to her business. Besides being a member of PMRNC, Paula is also a member of AMBA and regularly attends seminars within the industry to help keep updated on new changes in the Industry.

Jackie Zube has been involved in the medical field for nearly twenty years. She started out in front office support, management and billing, then switched to collections and eventually full billing management. Her first clients were in physical therapy/rehab and internal medicine. She has since branched out to encompass virtually all the major medical practice areas.

Jackie started her own business, The Billing Office, Inc. in 1999 and renamed the company in 2004 to All-Specialties MedSurg Billing as a result of the expanded nature of the medical specialties she supports and the breadth of services available. Those services include: Full Practice Management; Computer Technical Support, Collections; Credentialing, Paperless Office, Office Organization, Forms Design, and Scheduling; new services are added as the need arises.

Her clients have come to rely on her knowledge and recommendations in office and business billing improvements—which invariably lead to increased efficiencies and higher revenues. She is also known for her integrity and strong belief in ethical business practices and for her tenacious efforts to ensure that her clients receive the maximum revenues due them.

Jackie especially enjoys helping get new practices established properly and then working with them to ensure they grow into successful and profitable businesses. Likewise, she enjoys networking and exchanging ideas and information with her colleagues in the billing world and in assisting folks new to billing.
